My Approach

I am an integrative counsellor which means depending on you and your problems, I will employ a number of different counselling approaches. I work in a person-centred way.  This means I work with you, your problems difficulties and challenges whilst developing an understanding of your ‘world’ and together we will discuss your concerns and try and make sense of your current situation. I will do this in a way that is respectful and empathic with the aim of making you feel empowered.

I have worked with many people who have experienced loss and bereavement, anxiety and depression, alcohol and substance misuse, relationship difficulties, bullying and low self- esteem. I also work with families and couples.
